As a functional additive for coatings and paints, Aluminium Silicate is able to replace rutile titanium dioxide and also has suspension function. It is without odour and non-toxic. It is soluble in water but not in alcohol.

We are able to produce Aluminium Silicate that is environmentally-friendly for coatings because we have eliminated impurities during production. We used air mill to produce aluminium silicate with narrow particle size distribution up to 5 micron, which can improve tinting strength and dispersibility of coatings. It is in amorphous shape with high specific surface area, which can improve opacity of finished products. It can improve the stability of TiO₂ in suspension status, thereby giving improved optics effects for coatings.

ADVANTAGES

STORAGE

Store in cool, dry condition and keep away from direct heat and sunlight.  When not using the material, ensure that the packings are sealed.

At least 12 months when stored in sealed packing under above mentioned condition.
