PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Nano precipitated calcium carbonate -301 is a surface treated, super ultrafine and very narrow particle size distribution precipitated calcium carbonate specially formulated as functional additive in plastisols,underbody sealing materials for automobiles,constructional sealing compounds,adhesives and polymers. 
  
APPLICATIONS
The surface-modified nano-sized calcium carbonate particles are capable of controlling the rheological behaviour and the mechanical properties of the cured materials. Thus, materials having very different rheological behaviour can be produced by using suitable surface-modified calcium carbonate particles.

It has the following beneficial applications:
PVC plastisols using calcium carbonate particles as the functional filler have extended glass transition temperatures (Tg), excellent thermal stability and low viscosity with time invariability.
The optimal properties of PVC plastisols in tensile breaking strength, elongation-at-break and yield stress can be obtained by adjusting the mixing proportions of PVC resin, surface-modified nano-sized calcium carbonate particles and other components.
The surface- modified calcium carbonate particles are distinguished by excellent dispersibility.
