PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
nano calcium carbonate -605 is a surface treated, super ultrafine and very narrow particle size distribution precipitated calcium carbonate specially formulated as functional filler in water based coatings. 

APPLICATIONS
Water based coatings.

nano calcium carbonate -605 can make coating exquisite, even, quick dry and good optics property. Comparing with lithopone, it has better adsorbability and surface chemical property. The surface tension of the coating with NPCCA-605 is less than the coating with lithopone. The hiding power of the coating with NPCCA-605 is higher than the coating with lithopone because high dispersibility of NPCCA-605.

The particle size of NPCCA-605 is very small so that NPCCA-605 is very easy wetting in water and being ground and dispersed easily. NPCCA-605 can replace part of Titanic oxide so that it can reduce formulation cost of coatings.

 SHELF LIFE 
 At least 12 months when stored in sealed packing under above mentioned conditions.
