NPCC has characters of ultra fine and purity, and the particle size and shape of crystal can be controlled effectively in production process. NPCC has the very good compatibility with rubber after modified by surface coating agent. It presents spatial structure in rubber so it radically improved the property of the rubber products. It can be solely used as filler which has reinforcing effect, and it also can be applied with other fillers such as carbon black, PCC or GCC, argil and titanium oxide etc together for the purpose of reinforcement, fill, color matching, and improvement of process and property of products, reducing rubber content. NPCC can substitute some expensive materials like titanium oxide, white black carbon partially. 

APPLICATIONS

1) In the sidewall and cord ply compounds of bias tire (+5-8 phr NPCC); 

2) In the tread compound and inner liner of radial tire (+4 phr NPCC); 

3) In the butyl inner tube, Meanwhile (+15-20 phr NPCC);

4) Cycle Tire.

With adjusting the quantity of carbon blank and softener properly.

5) PVC cables and wires.
